Monday, May 10th, 2021: His face might be sun-baked after all the years he's invested in this game, but 36-year-old Boris Ruano of the Numenor Kings is still playing a kid's game -- and getting paid for it. The veteran center fielder had a tremendous week and was named the Mordor Conference Player of the Week.
Ruano drilled 10 hits in 21 at-bats and 2 home runs on his way to posting a .476 average. He also knocked in 15 runs and scored 7 times.
For the season Ruano has produced 24 hits in 65 at-bats for a .369 average with 9 home runs and gotten on base at a .442 clip. |

Monday, May 10th, 2021: It's always a thrill for fans of the team and students of the game alike when a superstar in the making shows what she's got. Scarlett *III, the Bucklebury Fairies 25-year-old catcher, put herself in the spotlight last week making her the clear-cut choice for Shire Conference Player of the Week honors.
She ripped 12 hits in 23 at-bats, compiling a .522 average with 6 home runs and 10 RBIs.
For the season *III has hit .356 with 16 home runs and 31 RBIs. She has played in 31 games and scored 40 times. |

Sunday, May 9th, 2021: "Sore." That's how Ragnar *Stonecutter described his situation to BNN after he got a strained achilles tendon running the bases against the Dragons. Team officials say they expect *Stonecutter to be out of commission for about 2-3 weeks.
This year *Stonecutter is hitting at a .429 pace with 8 home runs and 24 RBIs. He has played in 35 games and scored 33 times. |
