Hopefully, I'll be back in the lineup soon," said a dejected Gimli Brandybuck after injuring himself in a game against Minas Tirith. The Old Forest manager told SION reporters, "He will miss up to 1-2 weeks with a strained back muscle." The Merry Fellows will have to decide over the next day or two whether the reliever will go on the disabled list. This season Brandybuck has logged no saves. He has thrown 4.1 innings, dished out 1 strikeout and walked 4 while putting up a 0-2 mark and a 6.23 ERA. |
