Minas Tirith first baseman Golir Eartharm really lit up the Erebor Eagles with a 5-hit barrage today at Elrod Stadium at Finrod Field -- a performance that sparked the Titans to a 16-5 triumph. He shrugged off the performance after the game and said, "Sometimes the ball finds outfielders, today the ball found some holes." G. Eartharm singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off B. Brockhouse in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and singled in the 7th. This season Eartharm has hit 6 home runs and posted a .225 batting average. |
