Friday, August 30th, 2019: Tonak Nosethrower has to call it a season. The Mirkwood Marauders second baseman sustained a season-ending injury against the Isengard Raiders and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Nosethrower was injured while being hit by a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a fractured cheekbone and stated that he would not be able to play for 7 months.
So far this season Nosethrower is hitting .303 with 24 home runs.
