Greenleaves was pleased to see so many goose eggs up on the scoreboard today as Glelin Legaumer blanked Anduin 5-0. He stopped them on 6 hits with no walks and 9 strikeouts.
His skipper said, "Once he gets in a groove, he can be dynamite. He was on top of his game in this one."
On the year, Legaumer has recorded no saves with a 2-0 record over 34.2 innings. He has mowed down 20 batters on strikes and walked 5 with an ERA of 1.04.

"That was one of my best outings," said Glelin Legaumer. "I was worried a lot in the bullpen. My ball wasn't quite right. Luckily, it can be two different worlds -- the bullpen and the game. Once I stepped on the field, it all fell into place."
It was an impressive start for the Giants hurler. He blanked the Wainriders 14-0 on a strong 5-hitter while ringing up 3 strikeouts and doling out no walks.

How does it feel to win the League Championship Series?
"It's strange. Weird," is the way the Greenleaves manager put it. "Like it was supposed to happen. Whenever something did happen, it didn't surprise us. We truly believed we would win."
Today at Giants Ballpark, Greenleaves completed its magical run to the League Championship Series title with a 5-4 triumph over the Fangorn Ents. It was the 1st time they have won it all. In the regular season, Greenleaves notched a 78-52 mark and took second place in the Elrond League Division 2 standings.
And how does it feel to lose the League Championship Series?
"Your heart is heavy and your stomach is empty" is the way the dejected Fangorn skipper described it. "It's the lowest of lows, when you lose...and the highest of highs, when you win."
