Srik Liverdicer Jr. was stingy with runs in his latest outing against the Breezers. He shut them out 11-0 on 4 hits with 4 strikeouts and 3 walks.
The Greenway manager said, "Srik was very aggressive tonight. He threw everything he had with a lot of confidence."
The losing manager had praise, too. "He was throwing strikes with all his pitches and mixing it up well. Liverdicer Jr. has a sneaky fastball, and whatever that offspeed pitch was, it was keeping our timing off."

In an outstanding mound performance, Grigdush Elrörion of the Angmar Assassins scuttled the Golden Wood Breezers 10-0 on a 2-hit shutout, ringing up 6 strikeouts and giving up 2 walks.
"He's got great stuff and good movement," the Golden Wood manager said after the game.
"He threw a lot of breaking balls. He made adjustments. We just couldn't figure him out today."

 | Wednesday, July 20th, 2016: Derrohammer Pitches Gem against Fangorn
Thurzava Derrohammer of the Golden Wood Breezers shut out the Fangorn Ents 4-0, stopped them on 6 hits and had 3 strikeouts and 1 walk in a strong outing.
After the game his manager said, "He just came out and was on the attack from the first pitch he threw. When Thurzava stays ahead in the count, he does well. That's the key."
This season Derrohammer has compiled a 7-8 record with a 3.16 ERA in 26 starts.
