Keran Eärilmarion Monday, April 10th, 2017: Sil-Gal Pitches Manglers to Shutout Victory The Highland Colts struggled at the plate today against Manglers hurler Fingon Sil-Gal, who shackled them on 3 hits while hurling a complete game 2-0 shutout. "What can you say? We didn't hit well," said the Colts skipper in his postgame comments. "Hopefully we shake this off and bounce back tomorrow." Sil-Gal finished the game with 6 strikeouts and 3 walks in an excellent mound performance. "He pitched real well," his manager said. "Fingon made pitches when he had to. He hit his spots and did a great job of mixing in his changeup and using his fastball effectively." Saturday, July 23rd, 2016: Highland Holds Long Lake Scoreless Gemina Galealob was stingy with runs in his latest outing against the Waves. He shut them out 3-0 on 4 hits with 5 strikeouts and 2 walks. The Highland manager said, "Gemina was very aggressive tonight. He threw everything he had with a lot of confidence." The losing manager had praise, too. "He was throwing strikes with all his pitches and mixing it up well. Galealob has a sneaky fastball, and whatever that offspeed pitch was, it was keeping our timing off." Up to now Galealob has recorded a record of 9-7.
