Fingon Sil-Gal of the Methedras Manglers whitewashed the Long Lake Waves 6-0 in a complete game win, limiting them to 3 hits while chalking up 8 strikeouts and giving up 3 walks.
"Talking to SION writers after the game, his manager said, "He's got the makeup. He's not afraid to challenge guys. Fingon is pretty poised out there. He knows how to pitch and how to use his stuff."
To date in 2017, Sil-Gal sports a 4-1 mark with a 1.05 ERA in 5 starting assignments. He has held the opposition to a .144 batting average and has 36 strikeouts in 42.2 innings. |
 | Sunday, April 30th, 2017: Welton Hurls Barrow Downs to Shutout Victory
"He's mixing his pitches real well and keeping his composure on the mound," the Barrow Downs manager said. "When Welton does that, good things happen."
These comments came after Shima Welton and the Barrow Downs Wights shut out the Methedras Manglers 1-0.

"I felt great out there. After the second or third inning, I got real comfortable," Vrung Humanwalker said in his postgame interview. "Hopefully this is a building block for me. I'm hoping for a few more starts like this."
