This week Ralin Orccrusher, third baseman for the Aglarond Ice, hit his way to the Durin League Player of the Week Award.
Orccrusher put on a hitting clinic with a .462 average as he belted and battered DL pitchers for 12 hits in 26 at-bats, no home runs, 1 RBIs and scored 5 runs.
Orccrusher is hitting .279 in 2017 with 4 home runs, 39 RBIs and 63 runs scored. He has 122 hits in 437 at-bats and played in 107 games.

 | Sunday, July 30th, 2017: Anfauglith Gets Shutout Win Over Aglarond
Anfauglith starter Ralok Beavercleaver really did a number on the Ice today, shutting them out 9-0 on 3 hits in a complete game victory. He issued 2 walks and had 9 strikeouts.
In his postgame comments, the Aglarond manager said, "We didn't have good at-bats. I don't make excuses, but when we were playing the game, our energy didn't show. That comes from either extremely good pitching or extremely lousy hitting... seeing as our team has a bunch of pretty good hitters, I have to tip my cap to Ralok... he did an outstanding job today."

Moggek Denima of the West-emnet Orcs was really in the zone as he mowed down the Aglarond hitters 5-0 in a sterling mound performance.
"I'm feeling good overall," he said.
"I'm executing my pitches, I'm able to hit my spots and I'm getting outs in key situations."
Denima shut down the Aglarond Ice, blanking them on 3 hits while registering 3 strikeouts and no walks.
This year Denima has compiled a 11-6 mark with a 2.94 ERA.
