"That was one of my best outings," said Jesse Faroden. "I was worried a lot in the bullpen. My ball wasn't quite right. Luckily, it can be two different worlds -- the bullpen and the game. Once I stepped on the field, it all fell into place."
It was an impressive start for the Fey hurler. He blanked the Tigers 6-0 on a strong 3-hitter while ringing up 13 strikeouts and doling out 2 walks.

 | Monday, July 4th, 2016: Arostegui KO'd by Major Injury
From the moment it happened, it was clear that Dorris Arostegui's injury was serious. The Tigers starting pitcher suffered a torn rotator cuff muscle while throwing a pitch. For safety's sake, Arostegui was carted off the field in a stretcher. The initial diagnosis was bad and the follow-up assessment at the hospital was even more grim: Arostegui's career is over.
In pitching stats this season Arostegui has rung up no wins and 5 losses in 10 games. He has an ERA of 2.08 and has fanned 23 batters in 56.1 innings.

"Ever since I picked up my first bat my coaches were always saying to keep your eye on the ball, don't overswing... just make contact and ya never know what'll happen," Helm's Deep's Sosa Ringeling told reporters after the game. "That's all I did today. I made contact and it turned out well."
It definitely turn out well for Ringeling today as he collected 5 hits in 5 at-bats against Minas Tirith. It turned out well for his team, too, as the Harriers knocked off the Tigers 16-4 at Helm's Deep Grounds.
S. Ringeling hit an RBI single in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off F. Proudneck in the 8th.
This year Ringeling is hitting .313 with 31 hits, 3 home runs, 19 RBIs and has scored 12 runs.
